Personal Training
1-on-1 Sessions
- —Monday – Saturday
- —Available at: 7:00, 10:00 – 15:00, or after 18:00
- —Sundays by prior arrangement
- —60 minutes per session

What to Expect
A Typical Class
Every session is 2 hours. Here's what you'll work through.
Warm-Up & Jump Rope
Get the blood pumping with rope skipping and dynamic stretching. Builds rhythm, footwork, and gets your body ready to train.
Shadow Boxing
Solo rounds to rehearse combinations, footwork, and movement. No pressure — just you, the mirror, and your technique.
Bag Work
Heavy bag combinations for power, speed, and timing. Kicks, punches, elbows — let it all out.
Pad Work with Trainer
The heart of the session. One-on-one time with your trainer — drilling combinations, correcting technique, pushing your limits.
Clinch & Knees
The signature weapon of Muay Thai. Learn to control range, land knees, and work from the clinch position.
Sparring
Controlled rounds to apply everything you've drilled. Optional for beginners — your trainer will guide when you're ready.
Conditioning & Cool-Down
Sit-ups, push-ups, and core work to finish strong. Followed by stretching to keep your body recovering fast.
